Start WITHOUT OPENING STEAM

I want to not open steam when opening

How can I start windowblinds that I bought on steam without it opening steam, I really don't like steam using up ~500 mb of ram each time I start this software steam is slow on my old pc I hope there is a way to make this work without it starting steam

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, once you get Windowblinds activated via Steam, you don't need it to be running when using Windowblinds.
