Refund

Couldn't Email So Here I am

Tried to email to get a refund for a charge I didn't ask for and was told there is no email support and I have to post here. So here I am. I need some support person to please contact me so I can get a refund.

And thanks for making this such a pain in the ass for me. Instead of just getting a refund with a link or an email address, I somehow find myself having to create an account here just so I can ask someone for a refund.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Refund" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
