Start11 Search Menu is not displaying some features. Ways to rebuild the Search Index of Start 11 (not Windows one)

Hello,

I have changed the language of my Windows system from Spanish to English a few months ago and I noticed that when searching with the search bar there are mixed results, some are still in Spanish and some others are in English.

I think I saw a post a long time ago regarding this and a way to reset windows indexed results or something like that but I cant find it and I do not remember how.

I will attach a video showing what my issue is.

By the way, there are things like "Core Isolation" that wont pop up when searching on the search bar for some unknown and strange reason (you can see that in the attached video as well), and I have to manually go to Device Security and click Core Isolation from there. I have also reported this issue here in a previous post but I havent received a solution.

Edit: Gathered even more proof. This is a Start11 bug. When searching "Core Isolation" with the normal windows search bar (Windows Key + S) and typing Core Isolation, the result was there. How do I rebuild Start11 search index ? I will attach a video showing how it does show up when using Windows Search bar and how it does NOT show up when searched through Start11 search bar.

Core Isolation pops up when searched through Windows Search bar, but not when searched through Start11 Search Menu.
