Start button not correctly displaying in latest Start 11 v2

Is this a bug?

Selected the Microsoft logo but it does not correctly display. Is this a bug?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Did you download the Start button from here? : https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/start_menu_buttons/677/. If yes, than I can not reproduce your issue. Please provide more information on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Full OS version and Build number please. Use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 full version number.
  3. Start11 taskbar size setting.
  4. Monitors Scale factors (100%, 125%, 200% etc)

If you experiment with resizing the start button, you might get it to look the way you want. Just a thought. You can use an app such as irfanview. Make sure that the preserve aspect ratio area is unchecked befor resizing. 88X233 is one aspect ratio that might work. Perhaps the start button just needs a little tweak like this.

Few more questions,

  1. This issue only happen on this "Microsoft Logo" Start button? If you tried any of those custom Start buttons that come with Start11, does the issue appear?
  2. If you restart Explorer.exe does the issue get resolved?
  3. Do you have any other 3rd party application that also change how your Startpanel/Taskbar/Explorer? Such as ExplorerPatcher, DisplayFusion, StartAllBack etc.
  4. Start11 Enhance taskbar turn on or off?
  5. Start11 Taskbar size at?
