Cant change border colors after uninstalling Windowsblinds 11

Ive tried windowsblinds11, the themes personally didnt suit to me and i found out it picks up blue color border colors only which i couldnt change at all when i was using the app. I uninstalled it following the instructions (having the windowsblinds closed, even terminated the windowsblinds process in the task mannager). I restarted the computer after it uninstalled as it told me to and i found out much to my annoyance that I still cant change the color of the borders but now the border colour is non-existant and/or gray which i cant change...

Im sending screenshot of my issue. At the time of taking the screenshot the Windowsblinds11 is uninstalled

Also I cant use Translucent TB - it wont even open. It worked before I tried Windowsblinds11. Im using also Start 11 but the issue before using windowsblinds 11 didnt exit. I could use translucent tb and the border colours were working properly. I believe the taskbar is blurred and transparent because it still has loaded Windowsblinds 11 registers that somehow blocks Translucent TB

To ensure Windowblinds is totally remove, please try purge steps as mention here : [Link]. Reboot after the purge. Retest it.

If the border color still unchange to default. Try this: right click on desktop->Personalization->Themes->Pick any themes that come with Windows->things should change back to Windows default color->retest and report back.
