March of 2022 I purchased a key for Object Desktop. I was having issues installing it and contacted support. I was given a list of solutions to try. Had to abandon troubleshooting due to life events. Fast forward to now. I just tried registering Object Desktop with my registration key and it failed. When I login to Stardock it shows my purchase receipt and links to download the software and the key! Why isn't it working????
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, look like you subscription for Object Desktop has expired. Did you renewed you subscription recently? If not, that is the reason you can not able to download any installer files from your account.
