What version of Windows 11 are you using?

What you show in your screenshot is the normal behavior of Windows 11 23H2.

Got to Windows Settings Personalize>Taskbar>Other system tray icons, and turn everything on or, click the overflow arrow and drag the apps to the taskbar. There is no longer a Show All setting.

Also, if you have alignment set to Left, the Widget icon displays to the right by the System tray.
