I am in the process of moving from Windows 10 Pro x64 (Dell Precision T7910) to a new copy of Windows 11 Pro x64 23H2 on a Dell Precision T7920.
I rudely discovered that Windows 11 Pro x64 version 23H2 does not support moving the taskbar to the top, bottom, left, or right. On Windows 10, I would place it on the right-hand side.
After trying various methods of updating the registry, I gave up because the best I could do was place it at the top or bottom, not right or left.
I discovered "Explorer Patcher" (some call it "Explorer Settings") on Git Hub. It works like a champ, placing the taskbar where you want it.
Please consider looking at this project and adding TaskBar Placement to Start11. It is located at:
