Everquest mouse look "snagging" issue when turning toward secondary computer

Wondering if any EQ players have run into this issue and can help.

My current seamless setup is primary monitor in the center of the grid and secondary monitor directly to the right. Whenever I hold left click + mouse look to the right (aka the "turn zoom camera"  in settings), my movement hits an invisible wall when I hypothetically hit the edge of the screen (I say hypothetically since the cursor disappears and doesn't actually move when you hold left click).

IOW, let's say my in-game cursor is 6 inches from the edge of the right side of my primary monitor. When I hold left click + move the mouse 6 inches to the right, my movement hits a wall. It doesn't stop completely, but is impeded greatly and hitches/stutters. Kinda feels like when you're driving 40mph and suddenly hit speed bumps you didn't see.

Note: When I mouse turn to the right it works fine (holding right click + moving the mouse to the right). Also, mouse look on the secondary machine is mostly fine.  I can mouse look to the left without hitting a "wall."

That's a different issue. I had that same duplicated movement issue and fixed it with the patch.

This issue still persists. I did confirm Multiplicity is causing it. When I unload Multiplicity, mouse look works fine.
