I can not reproduce your issue on my system. Refer to screenshot below.

Please try this and report back. Uninstall Start11, reboot as soon as uninstall done. Re-download the latest version from your product page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot again after the installation finished. Retest the issue and report back.
