I cannot invade this highlighted planet. I left-click any fleet and right-click the specified planet and nothing happens. The fleet doesn't move nor is there a message telling me why.
Nvm I am an idiot. It's uninhabited.
Don't feel too bad. I make idiotic mistakes all the time.
