Start11 v2 Won't Launch

I had a prior version of Start11 v1 that I have used for a few years.  After having to re-format my laptop drive, and re-install Windows 11, I was not able to re-launch the Start11 v1 app.  So, I purchased today the Start11 v2 app for $9.99 (and now find out I should have only paid $5.99 for an upgrade).

 

However, after downloading, installing and activating the Start11 v2, it still won't launch and display the startup window with all of my apps.  When I click on Start11 from the Windows Start menu, I only get the settings, and the Start launch window never launches.

How do I get Start11 v2 to actually start when my system re-boots?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11v2, reboot immediately, re-download latest v2 available version from your product download page. Install it, reboot immediately after installation done. Retest it and report back.
