Start11 Menu Changes not appearing when Start button is clicked

See attached image. I cannot get the Windows start menu to display the requested Start11 start menu style. It simply continues to show the same default Win11 start menu design. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, in advance, for any assistance you can provide.
