[Bug Report] Popular Vote in state not aligning with the state that has won.

This bug existed in Political Machine 2020, but it was quite rare. Essentially, after the election, when you can see the results of the state, it might say "52% D 48% R" but the republicans won the state. Now, this bug happens in every single game, usually 3 or 4 times. Its really annoying.

Note: this is NOT the national popular vote, its the state popular vote that is WRONG (or the candidate who won the state is wrong).
