Capslock not syncing on new windows update

Hello guys, recently on (i think) most recent windows 11 update, that now it as an notification for "caps lock on" and "caps lock off" the sync from capslock between computers started to fail. On the second computer (that has that update) i need click caps lock two times to change the capslock toggle. Anyone knows how can i fix it or if it isn't possible, i hope that has a good note for the devlopers

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know.

  1. Windows 11 full build number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
  2. Multiplicity version number.

Main PC: 23h2 (22631.3447)
Second PC: 23h2 (22631.3447)
Multiplicity: 3.6 00105

*Note that started happening when the CAPSLOCK ON and OFF started appearing, i was thinking that was some windows update, but it seems be something related to some HP software that updated, because my main pc doesn't have that.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here on both system : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
