Cluttered Startmenu after upgrade to Start11 v2.07

Hi

I had very clean start 10 menu - all desktop apps were in folders and universal apps in one folder that's not used.

After upgrading Start11 to v2.07 on Windows v 10.0.19045.4291  the Start11 menu is overwhelmed with bloated ms apps that have never been used (eg calendar, DTS Sound, Maps, etc). 

How to remove these from Start11->All Programs?  There is no delete option.

I saw them in user\appdata\roaming\startmenu\stardock, etc. and deleted them but they've come back.
