IconPackager Incomplete interface display

Hi

I am running IconPackager v10.03 on Windows 10 (19045.4291)

Display Setting: 2560*1440, 125%

When I run the software, some screen items are not displayed. I try to change my display setting but it doesn't work. What should I do?

Please help

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Below is screenshot of IconPackager on my system. Which look okay.

Would like to suggest to try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

The purge file donnot work. I can only uninstall it through the Control Panel.

I used the purge file to purge IconPackager several times, but it didn't work.

I chose "run as administrator", then the error occurred.

This is the image being translated into English.

After you seeing your screenshot, look like you on non-English display language. I checked and look like I can reproduce your issue.
