You should not post screenshots on the message board........there is a separate section for these
First of all, why don't you have a normal title.
Second of all, why are you posting snowman and jafo's screenshots?

There is a Desktop Screenshots thread that is for this type of post and also there is a screen shot library section...
You might consider using one or the other, maye even both if you wish. but starting a thread with nothing but question marks for one this is mindless and filling it wil screen shots is not really acceptable.
If you need help with finding these two places for such let someone know and they will be more than glad to help you locate them.
