Hello,
I'm not a programmer, just a basic level Start11 user, so I'm not sure if this post will make sense or if I'm even in the right place.
I recently updated the Start11 app on my PC with Windows 11 Home. The reason I use this app in the first place is that it restored the old Windows 10 feature of being able to grab a file and drag it down and hover over an open tab on the taskbar which, in turn, would pull up the file destination folder screen allowing me to easily drop it there.
For example, I often store emails (or email attachments) directly from Outlook by dragging them from the Inbox and dropping them in various folders. I know its not the "correct" way, but has worked very well for me. Windows 10 and previous versions of Start11 handled this perfectly, but it appears that this feature no longer works unless I'm dragging from the desktop.
Is this feature gone forever? Perhaps its just a new Microsoft "upgrade" deal If so, does anyone have recommendations on a different app to use to restore this lost feature from Windows 10?
Thanks
Jeff
