Support Phone Number

Support is handled through the forums, by other members, Community Support Assistants and Support people. There's no phone number to call. Also, it's the weekend, and Stardock works the normal work week (M-F, 9-5). That said, Support folks do visit the forums.

It would help to know specs on your machine, run winver and copy OS and build, processor and which software (version) doesn't work, or what the problem is, Also if you recently updated Windows, etc.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. A lot of times, reported by others, activation failed usually because the email address entered and the keys don't matched. In that case, I'll have to open up a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.
