Multiplicity only allowing a single PC
For some reason, multiplicty will only allow 1 connected PC at a time, but I should be able to connect 2 under the license I have. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a fix?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. It depend on how you use it. Please review the chart below. (ignore that red arrow).
If you are using in KM mode and you have Multiplicity KVM license you can connect up to 9 but but only one pc under KVM mode. So which license you have and under which mode?

Thank you.

2 PC KVM... oh wait, is that one host and one slave? Because I was expecting:
|Slave| <-> |Primary| <-> |Slave|
The above example would be controlling 2 computers. The keyboard, monitor and mouse are connected to the primary, so it is not being controlled by KVM, but by direct input from connected hardware.
|Slave| <-> |Primary|
is controlling ONE computer with the software
No, from what I understand its one primary and one slave. Need to have Multiplicity KVM Pro for more than one.
Thank you,
