Stardock Programs will not Startup with Windows Boot

I have to manually click on a program, such as Start11, to run the program and then restart explorer to set my parameters.  Each of my programs are marked to start with Windows.  They worked before, now I have to manually start each one.  I've played with Windows app startup, read a few articles, Youtube, so forth; no avail.  I have a feeling Windows is blocking these programs.  Anybody out there have the same problem?

For both Start11 and Groupy, make sure they are turned on in the config app.

ObjectDock has a checkbox to "Load at Startup."

Fences has a checkbox to "Enable Fences."

Check all these and make sure they are turned on, or checkboxes are checked.
