I found 2 bugs in the game when I was playing yesterday.
The first is that in the craftsman description it says egalitarian cultural influence increased by 1 twice when you go to create your own faction.
The second is that when you go to create your own faction and select the scout fleet it subtracts the 100 control but I didnt get the 3 extra probes and extra colony fleet.
