That's the same question I had, why not just answer the question here on the forum and we wouldn't all have to fill out a support ticket and wait for a reply, and also you wouldn't have to read as many support tickets? Win - win! I actually sent in a support ticket about a month ago with the same question that never got a reply back so that's why I'm here so I guess I'll have to fill out another one.
I can not answer the personal account questions in a public forum. One of the reason is I don't have excess to client account information. As for your unanswered ticket, no, you do not need to create a new ticket, just, please post your ticket number here so I can forward it to Support for action.
