Migrating License for Fences 3

I have a machine that needs to be replaced (hardware issues).  I'll be using LapLink PCMover to copy everything, including my Fences 3 installation, to the new machine.  What is the procedure to relocate the Product Key from the old installation to the new one?  It looks like there is a way to deactivate the old installation, is it as simple as doing that and then entering the product key into the new installation?

Please try this guide to review your activation, disable old activation, after that is done the activation on the new system should have no issue.
