No option to pin websites, files or folders in Start 11 menu on right click

I don't have the option on right click ==> New to choose website, files or folders like is shown in the product screenshots - why is this option not appearing? I want to add website, file and folder shortcuts to my start11 start menu

You need to right click in an existing group and those options should appear.
