5 pack subscription

Yes. It is for 5 active installs on 5 different computers. It is a subscription of 1 year and is set for a auto renew of 14.99 unless you cancel your subscription. If you cancel fences 5 will cease to function at the end date of your subscription. I.e. after 1 year has lapsed.

But the code won't work on other computers.  What am I doing wrong?

I have two things going on - I have the Fences 4 5pack and all 5 are activated.  And I have a Fences 5 pack subscription.  Do I need to deactivate the Fences 4 computers??  I wouldn't think so.  The Fences 5 doesn't show up in my downloads.  It only shows up in subscriptions.  Here are my screen shots.

Saw your screenshots, and had to removed it since it also show your license keys. 

Look like there is issue with your Subs not appearing in your account. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details/screenshots there. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
