Wrong Icons on the taskbar in 2.06

My computer is using the energy saving mode when I am not using it.

After resuming the computer, the icons on the taskbar are incorrect.

Look here:

The Notepad ++ has the icon from Google Chrome. After clicking the icon, it changes to the correct one:

After Restarting the computer, it looks normal:

This is not the only programm with a wrong icon. 

Please fix this issue.
