Everything in all my fences are now in no fences and fences are empty

Hello - have a major problem.

On 2/25 my desktop no longer had items in fences.  98% of the fences were empty. A couple fences remained but did not have correct items in them.

When i went to my snapshots to restore, there was a snapshot from July that said it was from initial installation (confusing to me) and then all it had was the screenshot from the 25th. At this point there is a snapshot from the 2/27 as well but it is the same as the 2/25 snapshot. 

I also noticed that the only option in the snapshots folder was to save for past 3 days?? That has never been the case, and if that were correct the snapshot from July should not have been there.  I can't find any old snapshot anywhere in any directly that has any past desktop snapshots to restore. 

I have used Fences for many years and my desktop contains 274 items and 3 folders.  Most of them were included in Fences in some manner.

The screenshots i am sending:

2. snapshot portion of fences showing only 3 snapshots, the one from july 2023, one from feb 25 2024 and one from feb 27 2024.

3. Screenshot showing number of items in my desktop folder.

This will take me sooo many hours to fix there isn't a backup somewhere.

Also - has Fences begun to limit its snapshots to just 3 days?  It was never like that before.

Please let me know what i can do?!!
