Edited minimize button but not being applied

Fist attempt to customize the skin and I'm a complete failure! :annoyed:  

First I applied the Echo skin because I like the radio buttons. They remind me of the Linux Gnome V.2 GUI.

I then made my own minimize button, imported it, saved it and applied it, but nothing changes.

Okay, so they're not exactly "buttons," but I wanted to start with something a little easier before making an actual button in case I ran into some unimaginable issue.

If I understand you correctly, you're wanting to edit the minimize button that shows on a window titlebar while it's showing in its normal or maximized state, correct?

If so, you're editing the wrong section.  You want to go to:  Edit per pixel buttons / Standard buttons / Minimize Button.  (Might want to change the section you've been editing back to its original settings.)
