Customize Right Click Menu?

Hello, I was curious if you can customize the Start11 right click menu.

I was hoping to bring the "Run as administrator" up to the root of the right click menu and out of the "More" submenu.

It's in the root in the Windows 7 choices, but I prefer some of the others.
