cant get the icons installed

How do i get the icons to install??? I was able to get the skin itself but everything else that wa showing on the screen shot isnt there
Please help

You probably need Icon Packager and to download the icons used.

Did you download a Theme?
Do you have Icon Packager?
Most folks here will probably ask you for more info
