fences 4 activation issues

Hello, I had a fences4 version of the key before, and now I want to reactivate, but when I enter the key and email address on fences4, it prompts me that the email address is wrong, because it has been too long to forget the email address filled in for the first activation, can you help me query the associated email address through the key, thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Thank you for your help, but I keep saying "There was an error submitting the form, we can't confirm that you are not a robot" when submitting the form, resulting in an unsuccessful submission
