10 questions about Gal Civ lore
1. What happened to the Arnor ships used by Jennna Casey? They did "stop working", but they did not dissapear, because that would kill their crews.
Also, their design is really cool and I would love to see them in a future game / expansion. An Arnorian ship style would be nice.
2. Is "Plague of the Yor" still going to be a part of Gal Civ IV? Because there is not much about the Yor so far… And I really lie the Yor.
3. Are there any members of the original Korath Clan who stayed loyal to the Drengin Empire?
4. What are other Clans in the Drengin Empire? I think it is a missed opportunity to not name Gal Civ IV factions of Drengin Empire "Clans".
5. Is the Xeloxi's similarity to humans going to be expanded further? Altarian similarity (and Arnor's) was quite a big deal, but Xeloxi's is just as close, but unexplained. Also, what civilization the Xeloxi fear most?
6. How Tandis survived his apparent death in the Elemental book, to show up in "Twilight of the Arnor"? Did Altarians ever learn of his survival? Because I find Tandis character fascinating.
7. Were it Navigators who carried the Drath from Altaria to Dratha?
8. What happened to Draginol? His cycle is broken, but the one Draginol that advised humabs in DL campaign should be still around…
9. Is Tandis really the last Arnor? Is Amanda Morningstar still alive? Draginol claimed she and Kona have an important role yet, but, while Kona's role is well - established, Amanda's is still unknown…
10. Are minor leaders from campaigns, such as commander Marcus Cory, General Rafa Alan or Dark Avatar going to return somewhere?
I would also love to see more canon stories, even short stories… Fanfiction or even Chat GPT fiction is fun, but cannon ones are better. I wrote some fanfiction myself, but this is not canon.
I would like to get anwsers to these questions. But, if you cannot or do not want to anwser any or all, I understand. But it would be great help in my fanfiction writing.
I really like Gal Civ universe.
It may also be a good idea to shate a small short story with each Dev Journal you write, on the subject that is discussed there. I do not want to force you to do anything, I am just giving you a little advice on what would make your excellent work even better.
