Center icons

I am trying to set up fences so that icons are centered within the fence and not left justified.  I found reference to a center mode but cannot find it.  How do I center my icons?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, there is not such option to have icons within Fences to be arrange in specific manner other than, it start from top left to right.
