Opening animation glitch

So there's a little issue that hasn't been fixed in V2 : the opening animation of the start menu glitches. There is a black bar at the bottom for a second.  I find it not quite aesthetic / not clean, so I remove the animation altogether, even though I would love to keep it.

For me it makes the animation unusable 

Any plan to fix this on your end?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Don't see it on my system. Need more information on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? And need its full version number. Use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 version number.
  3. Which Start11 style setting

Start 11 version 2.05

Windows pro style, but it does it with all styles.

It also did it with the first Start 11, and I tested it on 3 different pc.

I can not reproduce the issue on my Win 10 system. Please post a video showing this issue so can understand it better.

I had to find a 60fps screen recorder so sorry for the watermark. 

It appears less on video, but you can still see it : a black glitchy thing at the bottom when the start menu unfolds.

 

PS : Also a little mistake I noticed : in the french language file, "recommendations" has to be fixed to "recommandations" :)

I think that is just Start panel animation thing. If you disable animation, do you still see that?

No, if I disable the animation it doesn't do the glitch anymore, since I'm talking about a glitch in the animation.

The purpose of my post is precisely about this :)

Yes, I know you mentioned "animation glitch". I am asking to check if the "black" bar glitch also appear when animation it turn off. As I mentioned above I can not reproduce your issue on my system. Refer to my video below.

That is why, I thought it might be something else. Anyway, please try this: Cleanboot: https://forums.stardock.com/505872/start11-support-faq#cleanboot. Try it and report back.
