Start11 doesn't work after reboot after installation

On one of my computers (Dell Win 11 laptop), I can install Start11 and it works.  Then I reboot, and it no longer works - I'm back to the regular Win11 behavior with the Start button.  I've tried purging/uninstalling and reinstalling both Start11 v1 and v2.  Same behavior.  I don't have this problem on the other computers I have installed this product on.

Help, please!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You don't need to reinstall both for Start11v2 to work. Have you tried uninstall Start11, select remove setting. Reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest Start11v2. Install it, reboot again, immediately after installation finished. Retest and report back.

Yes I have done exactly that several times. Same result.  Works after I reinstall.  But when I reboot, then it doesn't work.  I get the standard Win 11 behavior when I click on the Start button.

Same issue with me. 

Also I see two installs.  Stardock Start11 and Start11   The Stardock Startt11 says: Can not run on this PC.  Check the software publisher.
