Adding a Folder to the Start11 Menu and then a shortcut lnk to an executible

I want to Add a Folder to the Start11 Menu and then a add shortcut lnk to that folder that points to a standalone  executable that had no install routine.

There are a lot of useful utilities our there that you just drop in an appropriately named Directory Folder (Utilities - in this case) that I created in my Programs (x86) or Programs folders.. How can I add a link to one of these program executable?  Not Pin it to my Start menu.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Unless I misunderstand what you're trying to do. "Pin folder menu" should be able to do it.

Thanks

That would work if you wanted to pin to the taskbar.

To pin a folder to the start menu you can right click in a group and pick new then pin folder.  This would pin a folder but would just open it in explorer.  Right clicking it and select open as menu would make it open as a popup menu when clicked.

If you just wanted to make a shortcut to the exe then pin file will do what you want.
