windows 10 dernière mise à jour. WindowBlinds 11.02 (017 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

Vous faire une vidéo est compliqué car le problème est aléatoire, quand j'ouvre une application et que je veux ouvrir un fichier çà fige windows, je dois faire un ctrl alt sup pour régler le problème et parfois je dois quitter windows blind. de plus je dois fermer ma session pour relancer windowblind que refuse de s'ouvrir. voir vidéo.

Making a video for you is complicated because the problem is random, when I open an application and I want to open a file it freezes windows, I have to do an alt upper ctrl to solve the problem and sometimes I have to exit windows blind. in addition I have to close my session to restart windowblind which refuses to open. see video.

I've watched your video, thank you for the video, but I don't see an issue. From your video the system stop when you load/apply a Windowblinds skin. This is normal and only happen when you applied a skin since the system need sometime to load the Style. But, I don't see Windows freeze when you open a file.

Bjr, je me doute que ce ne soit visible. Malheureusement, la vidéo ne le souligne pas. 

J'ai vu que ce problème de fenêtre qui se figent est connu avec Windows blind. 

C'est dommage, car j'apprécie beaucoup le concept, mais quelque chose ne se passe pas bien et bloque les fenêtre et m'oblige plusieurs fois par jour à quitter votre application. 

N''y a t'il pas un journal de crash qui est généré pour que je puisse vous l'envoyer ?

Bjr, I doubt it will be visible. Unfortunately, the video doesn't emphasize this.

I saw that this problem of windows freezing is known with Windows blind.

It's a shame, because I really like the concept, but something is going wrong and is blocking the windows and forcing me to exit your application several times a day.

Isn't there a crash log generated so I can send it to you?

Is the issue happen on all Windowblinds skin or only specific skin?

j'en ai testé 4 c'est pareil.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
