Thank you - am I able to install Fences 5 on my personal AND work computer? Or am I limited to one install?
Asking because I get an error -11 trying to activate from my work computer (after it's already successfully activated on my personal one)
If you purchase a single license, than you can use only one Fences at a time. If you need to use on another computer, you should purchase another license for it. You you can purchase the multi-devices license.

Ok, so I'm trying to use the old version of Fences (4) on my work computer, which I also have a license for, and removed the license on your website from my old computer.
I can't activate version 4 on my work laptop either.
I would try the offline activation, but I don't have that option - just says contact support error -11

I do have internet at work, but I'm connected via VPN, and they have it pretty locked down - so something must be blocking it.
I do not have access to the firewalls, or the ability to allow certain traffic out, or whitelist servers (as noted in your suggested post).
Try to do the offline activation, but use the your personal system to get the .resp file from the server. Use this guide to do the off line activation. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#offlineactivation.

I did deactivate the old computer.
But my personal computer already has version 5 activated - can I still do the offline activation for version 4 using the same computer?
Yes you can, but you need to follow the steps mentioned in the guide properly. Get the .req file from your work pc. Copy it to a drive. Bring it to your home pc. Send the file over to activation server via your home pc. You will get the .resp file. Bring that file to your work pc for activation. There are some video guide on how to do it in that link I posted above.

Missed that.
So the first video shows how to create the REQ file from the PC I'm trying to activate - however, I as stated earlier, I do not have the offline activation option as shown below in the video - I only have the BACK option.

You will need to disable your internet on your work pc. So that the internet totally cut off. Than proceed your normal activation steps. Entering your product key. Once the apps detect it can not get through since no internet. The "Offline Activation" button will appear.
