Start 11 V2 Upgrade is full of errors. #1: No desktop on start up-#2 Start menu V2 upgrade is non functional. freezing. Nothing works. Fortunately. I did a system restore. Start 11 V2 (original} All now working. The upgrade needs to be fixed.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more, you was upgrading from Start11 v1 to v2 or upgrading from older Start11 v2 to newer version v2? Which version to which version. And how the upgrade was done? Install over or uninstall and install new? Did you do the important reboot after uninstall and after install new?

Start Menu V2-Installed. says upgrade. I clicked yes. Rebooted. Upgrade does not work! No desktop. start Menu V2 No longer working. Freezing/unresponsive.
Try this uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest version of Start11 v2 directly from product account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot again after installation finished. Retest it and report back.

Okay. I followed your instruction to the letter. After install of latest version of Start 11V2.
#1; 1st restart; no desktop icons. No taskbar
#2: 2nd restart: desktop icons visible; taskbar visible with my original color. NO icons visible on taskbar.
#3 3rd restart; Desktop icons visible. Taskbar visible with icons. No start button of my choice or taskbar color of my choice.-White taskbar.
#4 Cannot change texture or color of taskbar
#5 MY Solution: Completely remove and go back to original Start 11 V2
#6-Solved &all working.
Fixed. It was as per usual. Not your software. And yet again. Microsoft. I did a repair. Now Start 11 V2 upgrade is working. No problems.-Solved1
