Start 11 v.2

Can't run on this PC

I was given an option to upgrade Start 11 to V.2  I did so and it installed with no problem.  I activated it again no problem.  When I tried to open it  I received a big red notice that this version will not run on this PC. I did not uninstall the on LG Gram with a intel evo version.  I have an LG Gram with an Intel evo i7 chip.  What is the issue?

Could you try downloading the installer again as it could be a corrupted file.

Also what are you running exactly?  A shortcut from the start menu or are you right clicking on the menu and picking configure Start11?

I think we have found the issue.  There are two shortcuts being made.  You want the one called Start11 not the one called Stardock Start11.

Sorry about that, I will get that resolved this week.

You can also open settings by right clicking on the menu and picking configure Start11.

Should I uninstall the app and reinstall it. When I click on start 11 I get the old version

 

 It seems that both atlre installed. Could there be a conflict.

You are correct. There are 2 links in the stardock start menu. All works as you said. I will leave everything as is and wait for your update to correct the issue. Thanks for your help
