Why dont you guys setup a possible membership payment method under paypal. It seems to work for Deviantart, so why not give it a try?

You can use your ATM as a creditcard?? Mine has a Visa logo on it.

Most likely yes. I have a Visa Check card, and it works as an ATM, or credit card also.
