Start 11 v2 not included in Object Desktop subscription?

I guess I'm confused. I thought having the Object Desktop subscription included all the apps shown. But it says I need to upgrade to use Start11 v2. What else is not included in the subscription?

It is included in ObjectDesktop.

What is telling you it is not?

When I click on the Open button it has a popup saying "Upgrade today to enjoy over two dozen new features!"
