System Tray icons raised to top of screen

Filling out a forum post for support on a paid product #:(  

I uninstalled this so unfortunately I don't have a screenshot. Kept waiting for an update but it's been months and no patches? Seriously now.

On a dual 3440x1440 Monitor display (stacked on top of each other), whenever I would click the arrow to expand the System Tray icons the icons/box would be near the top of the screen (same monitor, primary).  Then, I happened to close enough Firefox browser windows that I just had one window with quite a few tabs and the way Windows taskbar displays those tabs is with a list of tabs, and that box too was raised above the taskbar, as if it was anchored to the top of the screen. Anyways... I probably won't ever see if it's fixed as I doubt I'll be reinstalling this.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Strangely, we have stop seeing this same issue from anyone sometimes ago. I don't remember which updates, but, I believe it was resolved long time ago. May we know few more details.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? And its full version number. Use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 full version number please.

Experiencing UI issues on dual 3440x1440 monitors with the System Tray and Firefox taskbar displaying at the top instead of aligning with the taskbar. Uninstalled due to the persistent problem and no updates for months. Requesting assistance or patches to resolve the display misalignment on a stacked monitor setup.
