Tweaking Fence width, height and position.

Tweak a Fence location by updating the file with saved fence data.

I want to be able to set all of my fences to a specific with and height, and then locate them on a per screen / monitor basis.  It's possible to do the mouse, but not precisely.

I'm sure that fences save its data in an ini file in xml format.  Is there any documentation on the labels used for specific parameters?
