windowblinds causes freezes up

bug or problem causes freeze up

When I try to save pictures  with the edge browser.  When the save as open  box  is open the with windows blinds running the the browser freezes  for a few minutes , Sometimes I have close the browser with taskbar.    I have turn off window blinds the problem go away.  

below here is a list windowsblind I am running  and version of windows 11

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I know current Edge or any Chromium base browser no longer work with Windowblinds. Just disable the "Allow Windowblinds to skin Chrome/ Microsoft Edge" option.

Just made it to this post with the same issue, "Save As" box freezes when windowblinds loaded. Except for me it's not connected to Chrome only, it happens when any app opens the standard "Save As" box. So not a chrome issue and still present.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information please.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Windowblinds version.
  3. Browser that have an issue and its version number.
  4. Issue on any theme applied or Specific theme?
