WindowsBlinds Upgrade issue

I have a license for an older version of WindowsBlinds which isn't compatible with WindowsBlinds 11 and I was eligible to upgrade to the latest one. However, I have already purchased the upgrade, was I suppose to receive a new license key? So far, nothing has happened and I still cannot use my older license key on WindowsBlinds 11 which is infuriating. Am I doing something wrong here?

My order reference number is STARDOCK240126-6637-92280.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Yes, you should received a new key for Windowblinds11. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
