Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, thank you for posting your issue here in our official forum. To post an image please use one of these buttons.

Now on to your issue. I can not change the Windows menu to black background with White text on my WB system and I also don't have your issue on my Photoshop. Are you sure your menus changed by Windowblinds? Here what I get on my system. The Photoshop menu is still black text on White/Gray background. Desktop right click menu also the same Black text on white background.

Thank you.

Sorry for the late response & the confusion. I tested with another theme to see if that would work properly, as well as confirm it was windowblinds changing this. Included is how it works on my desktop and in my file explorer, which is the intended behavior, white text on a black background. If I could get the photoshop menu to match my desktop/filebrowser window theme, that would be perfect. That behavior is shown to work on a different theme, which i've also included as an example.

Thank you so much for your time, I love this program and hopefully I can get it to work exactly as I want!

As you can see, from my screenshot above, I don't have any black background menu with white text. When I apply eXperience11 on my system. This is unmodified eXperience11. Unless I missed something, I really not sure how you managed to get the black background with white text menu just by using Windowblinds on experience11 skin. BTW, eXperience11 come with multiple substyle, which Substyle you're using?

Nevermind, I looked into it again, I assume you're using modified eXperience11 to have black background with white text. Just that the disabled font was set to use black font. Hence it don't appear as seen on your screenshot. Please mod your skin using skinstudios and change the color to something else. Less dark. Something like my screenshot below.
