Start11 pinned items not left clicking and pinned folders not opening :(

Hi, just got an issue where I can't click on pinned programs but right click works. E.g. I can't click on Start11 but I can right click on it and it does have select options to say configure Start11.

Also, I am unable to open pinned folders either save one or two folders after trying many times and closing the start11 menu/reopening.

It also very slow and nothing works! I had to turn it off. I am sure it will start working again after a restart though. But it does not help me if it does not work long term.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Download latest version again from your account product page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it again. Reboot immediately again after the installation finished. Retest it and report back.

Thank you.

Hey there, you do realise I actually just started trialling Start11 product recently? Just actually reinstalled a few days ago. Not sure what uninstalling and reinstalling would do!

Nope, I don't know that you're trialing Start11, did I missed you mentioned it above? Anyway. The reinstalling steps is one of the easiest step to take to ensure the product get installed properly. Specially the steps on "restarting" immediately after uninstall and reinstall. This is just to make sure you get a good installer and everything was installed properly. Before we move on to other trouble shooting steps. This steps was ask multiple time to others not just by me but the Dev himself.

Thank you,
